Return Policy

 

Thank you for your purchase at Puur Paardenkracht. We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your order. However, should you change your mind or not be entirely satisfied with the product received, we are happy to offer you the option to return it. Below you will find our return policy:

 

      1. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for exact rates. You can also choose to request a return label from us using the form below (only possible within the Netherlands). The return costs are €6.50 for a package and €4.50 for a letterbox parcel within the Netherlands.

        If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, must be returned to the entrepreneur. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returned.

        To exercise this right, please contact us at info(at)puurpaardenkracht.nl. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of your return notification, provided the product has been received back in good order.

      2. Conditions for returns:
        • If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try out the product, we may pass on this reduction in the product's value to you. Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returned. Boots, jodhpurs, and products in packaging must be returned in undamaged, original packaging. Blankets, ear bonnets, leg protectors, etc., should be tried on with a sheet, cloth, etc., underneath so that they are returned in new condition.
        • All delivered accessories must be included with the return shipment. This also applies to any extra gifts.
        • If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try out the product, we may pass on this reduction in the product's value to you. Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returned.
          1. Cost of returns: The costs for returning the product from your address to our webshop are for your own account. You can use the return label which will be sent to you after registering the return. You can also return the item yourself; however, please remember to include the packing slip so we know which order the return belongs to.
          2. Refund: Once we have received your return shipment in good order, we will credit the full order amount, including, if applicable, the shipping costs for sending. The amount due will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has been received in good condition. Any combination discounts and accumulated points will be settled. Products with a discount / on promotion are excluded from a refund. For these, you will receive a credit voucher valid for one year. If another item is ordered with this credit voucher, it automatically falls under the right of return with a refund in the form of a credit voucher.

         

        Please note: Be aware that specific return conditions may apply to certain products such as bits (only test bits may be returned). These conditions will be clearly stated on our website or with the product in question.
