Fager Milton Bradoon Sweet Iron Loose Ring Snaffle:

The Fager Milton Bradoon loose ring snaffle is a bit with small, loose rings. This bit is used as an under-bit for a double bridle, but also as a loose ring snaffle if smaller rings are preferred.

The Fager Milton Bradoon loose ring snaffle has it all! It is an incredibly comfortable bit with 100% super smooth surfaces, including the hinges.

Milton's hinges are designed to never press against the sides of the palate or create uneven pressure on the bars. It is an extremely comfortable bit that naturally conforms to the tongue, relieving the bars from constant pressure.

This bit can also be tested during a bit fitting and/or bridle fitting; delivery time for a new bit is approximately 5 working days. It is also available as a test bit.

Fager mouthpiece designs are always horizontally straight – no bit has a large forward curve. Designed this way to maintain the correct balance point (BP) in the mouth. When a bit creates a larger forward curve, the BP also moves forward, which reduces the effectiveness of the aids.

This unique design also promotes the protection of the bars and fleshy parts of the mouth from chafing and sores, even in the most sensitive horses. The balance point remains, even if it has a slight curve over the tongue.
