Fager Maria has everything you could want from a bit! It's incredibly comfortable, with 100% super smooth surfaces, including the joints. Combined with the titanium material, this gives a consistent feel in the hand without the horse overreacting when you take up the reins, yet still offers a light feel.

Fager's smooth joints are designed never to press against the sides of the palate or create uneven pressure on the bars. It softens the pressure on the tongue.

The light tongue relief, combined with the smooth joints, makes this bit a good option for horses with sensitive tongues who may open their mouths, pull the reins, and move their tongue.

The Fager Maria Titanium loose ring snaffle can also be tested during a bitfit and/or bridle fit. Delivery time for a new bit is approximately 5 working days. It is also available as a test bit.

Titanium is a tasteless metal that naturally adapts to the temperature of the mouth, leading to better acceptance of the bit and greater comfort for the horse. We usually recommend a titanium bit for horses with sensitive mouths who may react to other metals, for example, with red spots or sores, despite a gentle contact with the hands.

Titanium provides a super light feel in the hand and a quicker response compared to a heavier bit, especially when combined with the right mouthpiece for the individual horse.

Loose ring snaffle;

Loose rings are designed to move independently of the mouthpiece. This gives the horse more freedom to use its tongue and apply higher or lower pressure from the mouthpiece, depending on preference.
