Winderen Dressage Curb Cheeks

The Winderen Dressage Curb Cheeks are used in combination with one of the Winderen curb bits and a snaffle in a double bridle. The advantage of this is that you can switch between the various curb bits. The Winderen curb bits are available in a stiff curb bit and a flexible curb bit.

The Winderen Dressage Curb Cheeks are available in 3 different sizes: short, medium, and long, and in a combination set of 3. The longer they are, the stronger the leverage! A curb bit is always used in combination with a curb chain and hooks. A protector is mandatory for a curb chain; please also refer to the Tack Guide of the KNHS.

In the upper part there are rings for attaching the cheek pieces and hooks for securing the curb chain. In the lower part there are rings for attaching the curb reins. It works with great force on the lower jaw and the poll.

Recommended for these horses: very well-trained horses.
Recommended for these riders: experienced, able to use two pairs of reins.

This bit can also be tested during a bit fit and/or bridle fit. Delivery time for a new bit/cheeks is approximately 5 working days.
