Outer shell:
The outer shell features a hard casing that optimally protects the inside of the fetlock from strikes. In addition, the outer shell is covered with highly breathable mesh to keep the horse's legs fresh and cool.

Lining:
The protector is lined with our specially developed Air Liner, a thermo-formed lining. Due to the composition of the material, the lining acquires optimal properties. The lining provides an extra shock-absorbing effect due to the air that accumulates in the spaces created by the material's composition. During impact, the air is forced out through the extremely breathable lining and ventilation holes, optimally protecting your horse from shocks.

Closures:
The right closures are also extremely important. If the protector is too loose, it can cause chafing, but if it is too tight, it can hinder blood circulation. The wide double hook-and-loop closure is very sturdy and can be fastened in the correct position for a perfect fit.
