Fager Nicole D-ring Snaffle Plastic

Available in 2 different "hardnesses" regarding the plastic;

* Soft (light green) – especially for younger and/or sensitive horses that benefit from a soft feel in the mouth.
* Hard (dark green) – for horses that benefit from more clear communication.

  Ideal for horses that need to learn to trust the bit, as it promotes acceptance and reduces tension.
• Horses that avoid or reject contact
  The soft rubber encourages them to seek the bit, creating a more stable and confident connection.
• Horses with a dry or sensitive mouth
  The material promotes softness and salivation, improving comfort and focus.
• Rehabilitation or retraining
  Ideal for regaining trust or processing bit-related tension or behavioral problems.
• Head tossing
  This mouthpiece is slightly thinner in the middle, making it softer on the tongue without excessive pressure on the bars or palate. The shape, combined with the soft material, makes this bit a suitable option for horses with sensitive bars and a sensitive palate that may feel restless in the mouth and toss their head when you take up the reins. This mouthpiece is suitable for a wide range of horses.
• Available in sizes: 105 mm (16 mm only) / 115 mm / 125 mm / 135 mm / 145 mm (16 and 20 mm thickness)

This bit is ideal for a wide range of horses that benefit from a softer bit and more structure. The Fager Nicole is designed for sensitive horses and promotes more consistent contact, allowing your horse to confidently seek the bit. The soft feel provides a gentle feel in the hand, making every signal feel smoother and more refined.

PLEASE NOTE! TPU material is more durable than most rubber bits, but it can still show signs of wear from horses that chew excessively on the bit. Therefore, the bit is not covered by warranty or the right to claim if the damage is caused by the horse biting on it.

The Fager Nicole D-ring snaffle plastic bit can also be tested during a bit fitting and/or bridle fitting; delivery time for a new bit is approximately 5 working days. It is also available as a test bit in several variations.
