It is also a good choice for horses that need a stable bit to seek stable contact. This type of bit lies stably in the mouth, is gentle on the horse, and is supportive for steering.

The Fager Niklas baby fulmer snaffle can also be tested during a bit fitting and/or bridle fitting; delivery time for a new bit is approximately 5 working days. It is also available as a test bit.

Baby Fulmer is a registered design by Fager. This cheekpiece gives you a mix between loose and fixed rings. The Fulmers lie close to the horse's side, helping with steering and keeping the mouthpiece stable. The loose rings are placed further from the corners of the mouth, which will put pressure further down and in, encouraging the horse to lift forward, come back to your hand, and prevent a stiff feeling towards the bit. It is a very comfortable choice for many horses and a great start for a young horse.
